The Leadership Bootcamp

advanced leadership training to improve performance and outcomes

Traditional leadership training and books can be valuable resources, but they usually suffer from the same problems: they don’t teach the skills required to implement their advice in your specific environment; they tend to cover the same popular topics (“feedback,” “communication,” “teamwork”); they don’t go deep enough to be truly meaningful in the topics they cover; and they omit crucial symbiotic information that adds tremendous value to the topics that are covered.

The Leadership Bootcamp Difference

More than a lecture series, slideshow, or coaching, the Leadership Bootcamp is a curriculum-based approach grounded in decades of research in management and leadership theory, and augmented by practical experience honed at some of the most recognized companies in the world. The curriculum includes lectures and exercises designed to reinforce concepts, challenging leaders to implement strategies that are relevant to the specific organizational context in which they’re operating.

Leadership training is not a one-size-fits-all solution, so your Leadership Bootcamp engagement is designed specifically for you, based on your needs and requirements. Engagement length, topics, and format are entirely customizable, or you can enroll in the Leadership Bootcamp Core Curriculum, below, which is less personalized, but designed to cover a broad range of leadership competencies key to leadership success.

The Leadership Bootcamp develops leaders with the skills to succeed and the tools to leverage those skills in their environment.

Core Curriculum

18 leadership competencies comprise the Core Curriculum. Each competency typically takes one week to complete, but length can be customized to your specific needs. The Core Curriculum is designed to be flexible: You can choose to take a class on one competency, or build a training program around the entire Core Curriculum. Get started to learn how the Core Curriculum can help you.

Currently, the Core Curriculum is delivered live, but will be available on-demand in early 2024.

Graduation

Leadership Bootcamp graduates set themselves apart as change agents and thought leaders. Completing the full Core Curriculum entitles you to become a Leadership Bootcamp graduate. Graduation signifies that you’ve learned the theory of all 18 competencies, you’re able to put them into practice in your own organization, and you’ve gained the skills to adapt the competencies to any leadership context you’re in.
